What is Provided?
-We provide snorkeling gear, mask/snorkel and fins. On fishing charters we provide poles and lures.
-Light snack- Chips, juice, water, granola bars… Why don’t we proved lunch? Our tour is meticulously planned out so that you are able to see more of the coast than most companies. We believe the experience and time on the coast is more important than taking time out of the tour for a meal.
-We will also have a cooler with ice for any of your owns snacks or beverages you would like to bring along.
-Life Jackets
-Dry bags to ensure your personal item stay protected.

Can we depart at a later time or location?
Are times listed when the boat leaves?
Unfortunately we really can’t accommodate later departure times. The harbor is very busy and many other companies depend on each of us sticking to our schedules. We planned our departure times not only for the best conditions but also to be one of the first boats to leave the harbor ensuring less obstructed views from other boats.
The time listed on your reservation is your DEPARTURE TIME, not your arrival or boarding time. This means the boat must be fully boarded and leaving the dock at that exact time.
Boarding takes place prior to departure, and all guests must be checked in and ready to board upon arrival. We strongly recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for parking, walking to the harbor, and restroom use.
Due to strict harbor regulations and State of Hawaiʻi law, vessels are only allowed a limited window at the dock for loading. Because of this, we are unable to delay departures for late arrivals.
Guests who are not boarded before departure will forfeit their reservation and no refunds will be issued, as their space cannot be filled once the tour is scheduled.
We also ask guests to be mindful that Kikiaola Harbor is a shared, working harbor used by multiple companies and the local fishing community. Staying on time helps ensure smooth operations, respects other harbor users, and allows us to provide the best possible experience for all passengers.
PLEASE BE AWARE: State of Hawaii has implemented strict departure times. If you are not boarded within the allotted 15 minutes you risk forfeiting your reservation and no refund will be issued. Please be on time. Restrictions: Adhere to 15 mins. Loading & Off-loading time frame (Max 30 mins. Per Vessel HRS §13-231-44). No loading/unloading from the finger pier at the ramp. Please ensure that all customers are parking in designated parking area.
Can children under 6 join?
We love to be able to accommodate any family, even with young children. If you have younger children please reach out so we can find the best way to accommodate your group. We ONLY take younger children out on private tours as this ensures the comfort for the child and flexibility for the family. We do require that families traveling with younger children provide their own USCG approved lifejacket for the smaller passengers.
